My name is Linda Larsson, and I am based in Piteå, where I combine my background as a licensed teacher, educator, and certified therapist with a strong commitment to health, human rights, and systemic change.
Through my work as a wellness entrepreneur and networker, I strive to build bridges between people, knowledge, and solutions—especially in areas where healthcare and society have not yet caught up.
My journey has been shaped by life experiences, encounters with people in vulnerable situations, and a desire to amplify voices that are too often silenced. I work actively to change the perception of psychiatric care in Sweden, through writing, lectures, and collaboration with other change-makers.
You can find my webb press here. I am one of the writer around a book that soon will be published about a young woman who got mistreated in the publick healthcare in Sweden. You will soon be able to write the book here.

I am currently working on a book that highlights systemic failures within psychiatric care and sheds light on alternative, more humane paths to healing. I believe in wholeness—in seeing the person behind the diagnosis—and in our collective ability to build a more empathetic and sustainable society. For me, Bbeabridge is a platform where we can meet, grow, and create real change through knowledge, presence, and courage.
An important part of my work is the self-care room—a space for recovery, inspiration, and the activation of the body’s innate self-healing abilities.
Here, you have the opportunity to explore products and methods that strengthen both body and mind. The self-care room is not only a physical space but also a concept rooted in my conviction that every individual has the right to tools that support their wellbeing, on their own terms.
A central part of the self-care room is self-esteem—reconnecting with your own sense of worth.
When we pause and listen inward, we strengthen not only the body but also our inner core. Self-esteem grows from the experience of being enough, exactly as you are, and from the courage to take responsibility for your wellbeing. In the self-care room, you are given the opportunity to practice trusting your own signals, honoring your needs, and discovering how small moments of care can awaken strength, joy, and presence.
