We visited SaladMarket!
It was an inspiring experience where our members learned how we can eat more healthily. SaladMarket hosts its gatherings in a beautiful venue on Melodivägen 6, three floors up in Skogås – a place filled with energy and new insights.
It’s truly astonishing how little we actually know about food and how much there is to discover! One of SaladMaster’s representatives showed us how you can cook entirely without oil and water – something that preserves both flavor and nutrients in an amazing way.
